Katie & Brad

I had the opportunity to shoot Katie & Brad’s wedding back in November.  Katie was one of the very first brides that I booked back at the beginning of 2006.  She was an absolute delight to work with.  The wedding ceremony took place at Woodmont Christian Church in Green Hills.  That was a neat experience for me because this is the same church Christy and I got married in 13 years ago.  The reception was a Travellers’ Rest, an absolutely wonderful location.

In typical Nashville fashion, the weather was unpredictable.  The preceeding days had been pretty warm, but on Saturday the temperature was in the low 40’s and windy.  Katie braved the elements in her beautiful strapless wedding gown.
