Kaycee & Jimmy

As I posted about a month ago, I shot Kaycee & Jimmy’s wedding on Saturday, March 17th.  They really had a fun wedding.  1st United Methodist Church in Tullahoma is a beautiful church; classic architecture and a great balcony along the side to get good shooting angles.  Kaycee’s bridesmaids were a hoot, cutting up and having fun. 

Jimmy had a bit of a quandry.  His beloved Vanderbilt Commodores were tipping off their NCAA tournament basketball game right during the ceremony.  Once Jimmy and Kaycee got to the reception, they were able to monitor the progress of the game in a little bar at the back of the reception hall at Arnold Lakeside Club.  It being St. Patrick’s Day, the luck of the Irish smiled on Vandy and Jimmy & Kaycee that day.  Vanderbilt won and advanced to the Sweet 16.  

Kaycee & Jimmy’s photographer was Mick Barnett.  Mick and his wife did a fabulous job covering the day.  Kaycee’s dress was from The White Room in Lebanon, and the florist was The Flower Cottage in Tullahoma.  The reception entertainment was provided by DJ Mac Griffin.
