Alicia & Anthony

April 19, 2007 |

I first met Alicia at the January 2006 Nashville Bridal Show.  It was late in the day.  I had talked to hundreds of brides and my voice was about gone.  Then up walks Alicia, with her list of questions about wedding videos.  She was very persistent in getting exact answers.

A couple weeks later I get an email with still more questions about our video services.  Although I didn’t recognize name on the email, I immediately told my wife “I bet this is the same girl from the bridal show”

Well to make a long story short, I met with Alicia, and she hired us to shoot her and Anthony’s wedding.  The wedding ceremony took place at the Memorial Chapel at Fisk University, Alicia’s alma mater.

This was to be the first wedding that we shot at such a historic location.  We really tried our best to capture the history and beauty of Memorial Chapel.

If I had to describe Alicia and Anthony’s wedding with one word, it would be style.

From Anthony’s solo, serenading Alicia as her father walked her down the aisle, to Alicia’s “version” of their vows,  a passionate wedding kiss, a rocking grand entrance to the reception, and a Father-Daughter dance that I don’t think can ever be duplicated, this wedding had style.

Check out their wedding highlight video below and feel free to share your comments.
