Wedding Video Packages

We offer two distinct styles of coverage: Cinematic Wedding Films and Documentary Wedding Videos. We are constantly innovating and coming up with new ideas. If you don't see a package you are interested in, let us know and we can work with you to create a custom video.

Our Cinematic Wedding Films were created to capture all of the emotion and joy of your wedding day. Your wedding film will be a treasured family heirloom. While each wedding film is unique, common features include:

• 3 camera coverage of ceremony with wireless mics to capture your vows. Shot in wide-screen format with high definition cameras.

• Your video is professionally edited with music and natural audio, including montage segments to capture the ambience of your wedding day.

• The final video is delivered on a custom designed DVD with menu and chapter points. Three copies of included.

• Highlight video included on DVD and posted online to share with friends.

• High Definition version available in Blu-Ray Disc.

Cinematic 4 hour package - $1195 Perfect for the bride who is having her ceremony and reception at the same venue. coverage begins one hour prior to your ceremony, includes a cinematic opening, three camera coverage of the ceremony, a reception montage and main reception events.

Cinematic 6 hour package - $1,695 Designed for the couple who wants all the pre-ceremony moments like bride and groom preparations filmed. Filming would begin three hours prior to the ceremony. Included is the preparation segment set to music, the complete ceremony, a reception montage, and the main reception events.

Cinematic full day package - $2,500 For the couple who wants to record their entire day. Coverage begins with the brides arrival at the ceremony site. This package includes the preparation segment, the complete ceremony, complete reception coverage, and your formal exit at the end of the reception. (Up to 10 hours maximum coverage). You also get your choice of High Definition version on Blu-Ray Disc, a Wedding Day Edit, or an Engagement Story.

Our Documentary Wedding Videos are very affordable and designed for the bride who wants a basic, yet high quality, video to capture her wedding day. Starting at just

• 2 camera coverage of ceremony with wireless mic to capture your vows.

• Footage is lightly edited in true documentary style.

• Video is delivered on an auto-play DVD with chapter points for easy navigation.

Documentary Video - $799 Includes your complete ceremony and up to two hours of reception coverage, capturing the main reception events: the wedding party entrance, first dances, toasts, cake cutting and bouquet and garter toss. Additional coverage time available.

Documentary Ceremony Only - $499 Coverage begins a half-hour before your ceremony to capture guests arriving and final preparations and includes full ceremony coverage with two cameras.

Options

High Defintion Upgrade $500
Available for the Cinematic Wedding Film packages. You wedding video will be delived in high defintion Blu-Ray Disc. Three Blu-Ray copies and three standard defintion copies provided.

Wedding Day Edit $500
Entertain your guests during your reception with our Wedding Day Edit. This is a highlight video of your bridal preparations and wedding ceremony shown at your reception. It will typically follow a Growing Up Photo Montage and be projected on a large screen.

Engagement Story $500
The story of how you met and became engaged.  We will film an interview with you approximately one month prior to your wedding.  You can provide photos that will be used to help tell your story. Your video will be finished prior to your wedding day so that it can be shown at your reception.  It will also be included with your final DVD.

Photo Montage $150
We offer a variety of photo montages including Growing Up and Honeymoon montages. They are custom designed and include 50 photos set to music of your choice. See example on our website.

Rehearsal Dinner Coverage $400
Capture all the special toasts and moments as your families and wedding party get together before your big day. Coverage also includes highlights from your wedding rehearsal.

Retrospective Narration $299
After the initial editing of your video is finished, we will schedule a private viewing where you can narrate your day, tell the story of planning your wedding, what you were thinking during the course of the day, or how you picked your wedding dress. This audio will be added to your final DVD video as a secondary audio track.  Similar to a director's commentary you see on Hollywood DVD's.

Share your wedding day memories, order extra copies of your wedding video to give to family and friends..

* A non-refundable, $200 retainer fee is required to reserve your date. ($100 retainer fee for ceremony-only Documentary Wedding Video) The balance is due two weeks prior to your wedding date. We accept checks, credit cards, and cash.
